Depending on your transaction, we offer transparent fees for our services based on a clear scope of work agreed with you. If a situation arises under your retainer outside the scope of the agreed work, we will do our very best to develop with you a clear plan on what the scope of that work will be to address the issue and how much it will cost you. If we cannot develop a clear scope of work or you require us to work urgently, our fees will be charged per the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act (Lawyers: Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2008.
